The Power of An Effective Board of Directors and Executive Director Relationship
The interactive, targeted, 3-hour session will provide a deep dive into Board Engagement as the Executive Director/Board of Director Relationship for a successful organization. Participants will gain a comprehensive understanding of key aspects, equipping them with the tools and knowledge needed to lead their organizations towards greater impact and sustainability.
- All organizations attending MUST include all 3 registrants (Executive Director, 2 Board Members). 3 is the max permitted per organization.
