United Way of Broome County staff recently sat down with Renee and Joshua Brazeal. Their son, Tyler, receives Occupational and Speech therapy at the local non-profit Helping Celebrate Abilities, better known as HCA.
During his two years at HCA, Tyler’s family, friends, and teachers have seen great improvements in Tyler’s communication and coping skills. As a young boy, the new skills Tyler’s is learning will help him navigate through his future. HCA has been a big supporter of Tyler’s success and making sure he receives the services he needs to be successful.
With funding from United Way of Broome County, HCA is able to have these services and programs, at little to no cost, to ensure the improvement of lives of families and individuals, like the Brazeal family.
