A Funding Initiative for Veterans’ Services and Programs in Broome County

United Way of Broome County is committed to our nation’s military and to helping military veterans successfully transition back to civilian life. Active-duty military, veterans, and their families face unique and persistent challenges that are often exacerbated by the visible and invisible wounds of war.

Veterans have been there for us when we needed them the most. United Way of Broome County’s MISSION UNITED is a way for all of us to be there for veterans in Broome County.

There are over 13,000 veterans in Broome County and United Way of Broome County knows our grateful community wants to ensure veterans and their families have the programs and services they need to live a better life.

100% of all gifts designated to United Way of Broome County’s MISSION UNITED will go to programs and services for Broome County veterans and their families.
