Community Café Series

Join the conversation to share your thoughts and ideas about your community’s strengths and what you see for the future of your community.

Each café will feature a  free meal for all attendees, and on-site childcare will be provided. United Way of Broome County will also provide complimentary $25 pre-paid Visa gift cards to all attendees, over the age of 18. Through the Community Café, United Way of Broome County seeks input from community members regarding economic mobility, health access, and childhood and youth success in Broome County. In addition, United Way of Broome County’s partners in the health fields will be present to share information on preventative care and complete sign-ups for those who are eligible for Medicaid and primary care services. The Community Café will help United Way of Broome County to serve communities throughout Broome County better, and amplify the voices of all residents.

Below is a listing of all community cafés. All conversations will be held from 5:00 pm-7: 00 pm. The five-part series will continue through April, with Community Cafés across Broome County.
