Day of Action 2023
Book Drive
Now through June 30, 2023
United Way of Broome County is seeking donations of books for the annual Day of Action Drive, kicking off on June 1, 2023. This year, we are collecting new and gently-used books.
The drive will benefit those at the following agencies:
- RISE’s Family Shelter
- YWCA’s Childcare Center,
- The Lee Barta Center’s Little Free Library
Donations will be accepted at United Way of Broome County offices at 101 S. Jensen Road, Vestal, NY, 8:30 am- 4:30 pm.
United Way is collecting the following family-friendly categories of books:
- Board Books
- Children’s Books
- Young Adults Novels
- Adult Books
- Culturally Diverse Books
