Meets the health/fitness needs of youth/adults and provides opportunities to participate in sports/exercise programs that contribute to a healthy lifestyle.

Compeer Youth Mentoring  
Provides youth ages 5-17 who are at-risk for developing social, emotional, or behavioral issues a one- to- one match with trained volunteer adult.

Coordinated Children's Service Initiative, FOCUS Program
Supports families whose children have special emotional, behavioral, and mental health needs by using a strengths-based, individualized care approach.

Counseling Program 
Provides professional counseling to individuals and families to help them solve difficulties and cope with stress. Services provided by experienced clinicians on a sliding fee basis.

Court Appointed Special Advocates (CASA)
Trained volunteers advocate for children at risk of abuse and neglect in the court and community. CASAs facilitate, advocate, fact-find, and monitor.

Provides preventive education throughout the county.

Elder Counseling 
Provides professional counseling to homebound elders in their homes to enhance their functioning and help maintain their independence.

ENCORE Plus Cancer Prevention, Education, and Advocacy
Educates all women concerning the importance of annual breast/cervical cancer screenings and assists uninsured women 40-64 older access to screening funds available in New York State. Breaks down any barriers that women might face that would prevent them from getting there initial or annual screenings.

Family Counseling 
Provides counseling/psychotherapy and coaching to individuals, families, and groups by a staff of professional licensed clinical social workers.

Functional Family Therapy
Evidenced- based short-term family counseling, offered in family homes to youth at risk of out of home placement through Department of Social Services nd Probation.

Multiple Sclerosis Knowledge, Independence, and Health 
Provides education, advocacy, health/wellness, and coaching to strengthen strategies for disease and life management to promote health and independence and improve quality of life.

Non-resident Advocacy Program 
Non-residential services to domestic violence victims include: safety planning, legal information, personal advocacy, supportive counseling and court advocacy, DIR review, emergency assistance.

Preventing Teen Pregnancy Through Empowering Teens
Part of the Teens Link project . Helps teens learn and practice behaviors to lead to reduced risk taking through 10 life skills modules.
Mothers and Babies Perinatal Network of South Central New York, Inc.

Reaching Out--Access to Health Care 
Provides free annual reproductive and basic examination to uninsured women who cannot afford the cost of services.

Helps older adults maintain their independence by providing opportunities for socialization, personal growth, education, and knowledge.

Resident Camp  
Out-of-doors experience that allows girls to explore their environment and cooperatively learn new skills, make friends, gain self-confidence, and have fun!
Girl Scouts of the NYPENN Pathways

Residential Emergency Domestic Violence Shelter
Emergency residential shelter provided for victims of domestic violence (both women and children). Education and prevention are focus of shelter and community outreach education.
SOS Shelter, Inc.

Rural BEAR (Bringing Equal Access to Residents)
Provides care coordination and transportation to children/youth living in rural areas of Broome County to ensure appropriate access to mental health services.

School Counseling
Clinical workers and a parent partner are outstationed at outlying schools to provide easy access to mental health services for youth and families.

Senior Health Insurance Counseling
Peer volunteer program which informs consumers and providers about senior health insurance, including Medicare, supplemental insurance, retiree plans and drug coverage.

Senior Wellness
Holistic approach to health and well-being for seniors, including over 20 classes per week designed specifically for seniors.

Supervised Visitation
Provides a safe, neutral, child-friendly setting for non-custodial parents to visit and interact with their children without interference from the custodial party.

Teen Pregnancy Prevention
Education and skill development for teens addressing teen pregnancy prevention and STD/HIV prevention.

Transportation
Door-to-door transportation for frail seniors to attend social and nutritional programs.
Retired and Senior Volunteer Program (RSVP)  

Volunteer Services 
Enlists the time and talents of persons age 55 and older to volunteer for non-profit agencies in Broome County. Retired and Senior Volunteer Program (RSVP)  

Volunteer Transportation Program 
Provides non-emergency transportation for Deposit residents who do not drive or have transportation to medical appointments locally and out of town.

Youth and Adult Services
Provide weekly programs for life skills application, learning, and community service.

Youth Wellness
