For example, this year's Winter Storm Stella brought in over 500 calls to the 2-1-1 Susquehanna River Region Call Center. Over 50 calls were reviewed as high priority calls that required immediate attention. The 2-1-1 Call Center team worked hand-in-hand with the Broome County Council of Churches and the National Guard to ensure the safety of our community residents.
